Our Rosé exemplifies what Washington State can do with premium juices from the finest red grapes. Select juices from our red grape fermentations were extracted after crush in a process the French call saignée, or bleeding. The wine was raised in a seasoned French oak barrel, sur lie with bâtonage, and partial ML fermentation. It’s dry with < .1g/L of sugar. Bottled 1/5/19; 28 cases produced; Alcohol: 13.7%
