2024:Nota Bene Rosé - Arianses Vineyard - Wahluke Slope

Two Rhône-style varietals are blended in our first rosé from this charming artisan vineyard. The soft and delicate red-fruit flavors of strawberry and raspberry are enhanced with the muscular tension of dark-berry fruits from the Mourvèdre, developed in a five-day skin contact session before pressing. A slow, natural fermentation in our cold room, followed by sûr lies aging, prepare this wine for resting in a proper cellar.

Barrels: This wine was barrel fermented and aged in a seasoned French oak barrel by Artisan Barrel and another of seasoned American oak by A & K in addition to a stainless Meuller barrel for 10 months prior to bottling.
