2017 :Nota Bene Dineen Vineyard - Red Blend - Yakima Valley - $38
We have wanted to produce a Bordeaux-style blend from Dineen for some time but have not had access to the Merlot to make the proper blend. Vineyard owner Pat Dineen came through and delivered just enough to provide this exciting vineyard-designated blend. The Cab and Cab Franc drive the flavor profile with the Merlot adding mid-palate complexity. This is a fine, full-flavored blend from Dineen to enjoy now or with time in a proper cellar.

2018 :Nota Bene Arianses Vineyard - Red Blend - Wahluke Slope - $35
We proudly present another enchanting vintage from Arianses Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. Special thanks to vineyard owner Bruce Zunser for his care and vision in growing the components of this Bordeaux-style blend. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot share the leading role, but all varietals offer significant sensory components. This wine’s complexity and fruit-forward nature are achieved with multi-yeast fermentations, bâtonage, and early integration through blending. We think you’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in seasoned Export-style French and American oak barriques from A&K, Ton. de Jarnac, and Ton. Doreau. Two of the barriques were supplemented with French oak infusion from Xtrachêne.
2019 :Nota Bene Cabernet Sauvignon – Heart of the Hill Vineyard - Red Mountain - $45
This wine was crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon to expose the luscious attributes of Heart of the Hill Vineyard in a moderately tempered vintage. The lack of extremes yielded wines of complexity and elegance in an AVA known for intense dark-berry flavors, dusty tannins, and longevity in a proper cellar.
