One night…was all it took for us to know we wanted to make a Southern Rhône-style blend. Grenache is front and center with every vintage of this blend to ensure the red fruit flavors shine. Strawberry and raspberry are up front in the bouquet that eases into a soft and inviting medium to light body, yet there is plenty of structure to entice those who prefer a wine with length to spend time in a proper cellar.
