2022 :Nota Bene Cabernet Sauvignon - Heart of the Hill Vineyard - Red Mountain

Red Mountain AVA is known for its bold statements in Cabernet Sauvignon, and this wine is no exception. These Heart of the Hill rows are situated mid-mountain with nice drainage in winter and cooling breezes in the growing season. These elements contribute to berry-skin development leading to full flavors and dark wine in the glass. The result is wines of intense dark-berry character, dusty tannins, and longevity in a proper cellar.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in ½ seasoned Export-style barrels from A & K and ½  new French oak from Maury and Fils.
