2022 :Nota Bene Cabernet Sauvignon - Dineen Vineyard - Yakima Valley

The 22-year-old vines of Catherine’s Block at Dineen Vineyard are some of the first vines planted. Their maturity is showing in this wine in a relatively cool location with significant elevation. This Cabernet shines with leading flavors of black cherries and moves as it finishes to a blend of blackberry and marionberry.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in seasoned Export-style barrels by Artisan Barrel and Tonnellerie Vernou and 1/3^rd  new French oak from Maury and Fils.
