2022 MCM Wine Company Impetulance Rosé – Yakima Valley

What can be more fun than hand crafted sparkling wine infused with tiny bubbles via Méthode Ancestrale as a way to finish fermentation in the bottle. After four plus years of en tirage aging on the lees this wine is ready for your sparkling flutes, coupes, or wine glasses. We took extra care to disgorge the precious lees employed during aging to clarify the finished wine and now it's waiting for your special dinner. Our Impetulance Pétillant Natural style wines are all given five days of skin contact prior to pressing to enhance color and flavor then allowed to ferment naturally in stainless steel. This vintage of Grenache was sourced from Sonrisa Vineyard near Zillah where the strawberry/raspberry character of the Grenache was grown into the wonderful grapes that became this wine.
