2020 :Nota Bene Una Notte - Columbia Valley

One night…was all it took for us to know we wanted to make a Southern Rhône-style blend. Grenache is front and center with every vintage of this blend because we want the red fruit flavors of this grape to shine. Strawberry and raspberry are up front in the bouquet that eases into a soft and inviting medium to light body, yet there is plenty of structure to entice those who prefer a wine with length to spend time in a proper cellar.

• 82% Grenache (StoneTree Vineyard)
• 13% Syrah (StoneTree Vineyard)
• 5% Mourvèdre (Heart of the Hill Vineyard)

Barrels: The Grenache was aged 22 months in stainless barrels by Meuller and one seasoned Export-style French oak barrel from Ton. Doreau with supplemental French oak infusion by Xtrachêne. The Syrah and Mourvèdre were raised in Export-style barrels of seasoned French oak.
