The middle slopes of the Saddle Mountains are perfectly suited for Syrah with good drainage in winter and cool breezes in summer that lead to intense skin color and flavor. Each vintage presents a wine with intensity and deep character of dark fruits mingled with roasted nuts and earthiness with just a hint of floral bouquet from the Viognier. Enjoy with rich foods and friends.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in seasoned Export-style barrels of French oak by Ton. Doreau and Ton. Vernou, and seasoned America oak by Canton and A & K and supplemented with French oak infusion by Xtrachêne.
