2020 MCM Wine Company Divinia Rosé – Yakima Valley
2020 MCM Wine Company Divinia Rosé – Yakima Valley
Our new Divinia Rosé emerged just in time for the holidays and is the perfect pairing partner for many traditional holiday dinner entrées. Hams and turkeys prepared a number of ways love the crisp fruit from Provence with a slight chill to the bottle. We crafted this wine with 24 hours of skin contact on the Grenache prior to pressing to give it a lovely deep pink that will last with aging in a proper cellar. The Viognier had five days of skin contact prior to pressing to give it a deep rich flavor with a hint of tannin. Both wines fermented naturally, and the bottle is marked as Sustainable per Lodi Rules. We love that both vineyards have achieved viticulture practices that will allow them to honor the land save it for future generations.
