We present to you a totally new Viognier from MCM Wine Company that explores two exciting grapes from Dineen Vineyard in Zillah, Washington. This wine was raised by vineyard owner Pat Dineen and viticulturist Patrick Rawn. The wine began with 5 days of skin contact and was fermented naturally in seasoned French oak barrels, then kept on the lees with regular early stirring. ML is complete and adds depth and complexity. Bottled 1/5/19; 52 cases produced; Alcohol: 13.9%
