We hope this is the first of many single varietal offerings of Petit Verdot from StoneTree Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. This warm location is perfectly suited for this grape. We harvested on 9/24/16 were rewarded with sumptuous dark juice with a pleasing floral character. Dark fruits are forward with nice natural acidity that will pair well with foods and facilitate cellar aging. Special thanks to Tedd Wildman for growing this wonderful Petit Verdot.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months Export-style barrels, 33% once used French oak from Artisan Barrel Selections and the balance seasoned French oak by Ton. Doreau and Saury.
