2004 Syrah : Washington State
Three big Syrahs come together to form the major components of this wine. They are followed by two big and bold Cabernets that give this wine a structure that will make it enjoyable for many years to come. At bottling we are so very glad these Syrah growers have nurtured these grapes to perfection. A formidable Rhône character of earth and nuts gives way to berries and chocolate over time.
78% Syrah (34% Stillwater Creek, 22% Smasne Farms, 22% Stone Tree)
22% Cabernet Sauvignon (11% Conner Lee, 11% Stone Tree)
