2022 :Nota Bene Purring Cat White Blend - Reg. $30

Fine wine grapes raised in two artisan vineyards at the west end of the Yakima Valley show how cool microclimates can produce lovely flavors of melon and apple wrapped in a full-bodied, silky finish like many crafted red wines. Five days of skin contact, followed by natural fermentation and barrel aging sûr lies, contribute to complexity and its ability to age in a proper cellar.

 | Bottled 7/14/2023 | 63 cases | Alcohol 14.20% | pH 3.72 | TA 5.78 g/L |

  • 68% Sémillion (Two Blonds Vineyard)
  • 32% Sauvignon Blanc (Schmidt Vineyard)

Lodi Sustainable Seal

Barrels: Barrel fermented in seasoned French Oak barrels by François Freres and full Malolactic fermentation with lees stirring and 10 months in barrel.

2022 MCM Wine Company Divinia Rosé - Reg. $23

We crafted this wine with 24 hours of skin contact on the Grenache prior to pressing to give it a lovely deep pink that will last with aging in a proper cellar. The Viognier had five days of skin contact prior to pressing to give it a deep rich flavor with a hint of tannin. Both wines fermented naturally, and the bottle is marked as Sustainable per Lodi Rules. We love that both vineyards have achieved viticulture practices that will allow them to honor the land save it for future generations.

| Bottled 6/18/2021 | 114 cases produced | Alcohol: 11.8% |

  • 82% Grenache (Angiolina Vineyard)
  • 18% Viognier (Dineen Vineyard)

Barrels: The Grenache and Viognier were fermented alone in French oak barrel and blended early to an HD Flextank for 10 months of aging sûr lies prior to bottling.

2017 :Nota Bene  Una Notte GSM Blend - Reg. $30

How many times must you taste a wonderful wine before wanting to make one just like it? One night…was all it took for us to know we wanted to make a Southern Rhône style blend such as this. Probably our most fruit-forward wine of the vintage with strawberry and raspberry up front in the bouquet, soft, but with enough structure to give this wine length in a proper cellar. Special thanks to Tedd Wildman from StoneTree Vineyard for the major components of this blend and a significant positive contribution of Syrah and Mourvèdre from Scott Williams of Heart of the Hill and Ranch Vineyards.

| Bottled 7/27/19 | 107 cases produced | Alcohol 14.9% | pH 3.91, TA 5.1g/L |

  • 75% Grenache (StoneTree Vineyard)
  • 19% Syrah (7% Ranch at the End of the Road Vineyard 6% StoneTree Vineyard, 6% Ciel du Cheval Vineyard)
  • 6% Mourvèdre (Heart of the Hill Vineyard)

Barrels: The Grenache was aged 22 months in stainless barrels by Meuller and the Syrah and Mourvèdre were raised Export-style barrels of seasoned French oak.
