This is our first 100% Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from Arianses Vineyard, which was planted by vineyard owner Bruce Zunzer in 1998 in the southwest edge of the AVA. The Cab is showing the varietal’s lighter and elegant side intertwining dark-berry flavors with the red fruit nuances of raspberry and strawberry. This complimentary profile is soft in the finish, as it leaves you wondering where the ephemeral flavors will end.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in seasoned Export-style French oak barrels from Artisan Barrel and Ton. Vernou and supplemented with French oak infusion by Xtrachêne.
