Moderate temperatures throughout the year have favored this varietal during the 2019 growing season. This wine was raised in Catherine’s Block, the oldest section of Dineen Vineyard, and could be some of the best we’ve experienced. This Cab Franc shows a fruit-forward bouquet and a sometimes-savory edge with a complex, herbal finish. Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in neutral Export-style barriques of seasoned French oak from Ton. Darnajou and supplemented with French oak infusion from Canton Cooperage.
