We crafted this Syrah dominant blend around the magnificent fruit from five distinguished vineyards: Arianses Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope dominates the Syrah blend and sets the tone of the flavor profile. The Arianses fruit produces a delicate savory wine that is more about finesse than power. A significant co-fermentation with Viognier adds a hint of floral notes to the bouquet and finishes with dark fruits and spices.
