2019 :Nota Bene Cabernet Sauvignon - Dineen Vineyard - Yakima Valley
These grapes were raised in Catherine’s Block at Dineen Vineyard and are some of the first vines planted on the property. The relatively cool location with significant elevation for the valley produces Cabernet that shines with black cherry and a blend of dark-berry flavors. The wine is blessed with well-structured tannins that finish with hints of chocolate and spice. This single-vineyard Cab offers one a chance to explore the varietal and the site’s terroir with one taste.
