This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blend returns in equal parts Dineen Vineyard near Zillah in the Yakima Valley and StoneTree Vineyard near Mattawa on the Wahluke Slope. This blend combines fruit from two different microclimates. Dineen provides a higher elevation in a cooler location, and StoneTree delivers some of the highest growing degree days in the state. The Dineen fruit brings dark cherry brightness, while StoneTree carries ripe-berry flavors that remind you of toast and jam.
