Single-varietal offerings such as Petit Verdot from StoneTree Vineyard give rarer varietals a chance to shine. The Wahluke Slope is a warm location perfectly suited for Petit Verdot. We harvested on 10/7/17 and were rewarded with sumptuous, dark juice and a pleasing floral character. Dark fruits are forward with natural acidity that will pair well with foods and allow for aging in a proper cellar. Special thanks to Tedd Wildman for growing this wonderful Petit Verdot.

Barrels: This wine was aged 22 months in seasoned Export-style French barriques by A&K and Ton. Vernou, and supplemented by French oak infusion from Canton Cooperage.
