2009 Conner Lee Merlot : Columbia Valley

The fruit from Conner Lee Vineyard has been so special the last few years that we have been showing this wine on its own. This is the third 100% Merlot bottling from :Nota Bene and a tribute to Conner Lee’s success. Located on Radar Hill near Othello, it’s cool location and significant elevation produce big black cherry/berry flavors and lush smooth tannins contribute to a round, full finish.

Bottled on 7/16/11; Only 58 cases were produced; pH 3.59, TA 6.19 g/L.

Barrels: Fully seasoned 265L American Oak barrels from Keystone Cooperage with M+ French oak stave inserts from Wine Oak.
