2009 Cabernet Sauvignon - Conner Lee Vineyard : Columbia Valley

The vines from our rows at Conner Lee are predominately from the 1987 planting and have aged to the point that they produce extremely balanced fruit. This in turn leads to balanced wines with rich concentrated dark fruit flavors that show a depth usually attributed to Cabernet. This wine was created for those that ask for Cabernet at its best and on its own. Bottled on 7/16/11; Only 67 cases were produced; pH 3.76, TA 5.78 g/L.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon (Conner Lee Vineyard)

Barrels: This wine was aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak barrels of 265L size from Tonnellerie de Jarnac.
