The vines from our rows at Conner Lee are predominately from the 1987 planting and have aged to the point that they produce extremely balanced fruit. This in turn leads to balanced wines with rich concentrated dark fruit flavors that show a depth usually attributed to Cabernet. This wine was created for those that ask for Cabernet at its best and on its own. Bottled on 7/16/11; Only 67 cases were produced; pH 3.76, TA 5.78 g/L.
