January 2022 Special Offer - 2017 :Nota Bene Mourvèdre – Heart of the Hill Vineyard : Red Mountain
The sense of place when making small lots is essential in understanding this wine. The grapes were sourced from Heart of the Hill Vineyard on Red Mountain. We thank vineyard owner/grower Scott Williams for the wisdom of his toil and see the results in our Mourvèdre that benefits from warm days on Red Mountain. It’s lush with fruit, spice and savory notes typical of this varietal, often supported with a dash of pepper. We know you’ll love it.

Here's what Tasting Room Magazine had to say about our 2017 :Nota Bene Mourvèdre - Heart of the Hill Vineyard in their 50th Anniversary issue. "Silky with a nice vibrancy underscoring minerally-driven flavors of blackberry, violet, peppercorn and suede. Accents of wild raspberry pick up along the finish, threaded with fine tannins and loamy earth notes."
