Here's what they are...

2018 MCM Wine Company Divinia Rosé : Yakima Valley $20

Our 2018 Rosé is equal parts Grenache from Angiolina Vineyard near Zillah with 24 hours of skin contact and the just-crushed juice from Rhône-style varietals and Bordeaux-style grapes. More color and flavor are achieved with the mild skin contact to form a similar in style to the rosé wines of Tavel in Southern France. The wine completed a natural fermentation in tank, followed by partial ML fermentation and seven months on lees. The results are a rich, lush rosé wine.

50% Grenache (Angiolina Vineyard)
50% Saignée of Washington State red grapes (both Rhône-style and Bordeaux-style grapes)

Tank: This wine was fermented and aged in an HD poly tank for 11 months prior to bottling. 

2017 MCM Wine Company Superlio Viognier – Yakima Valley $25

We present to you a totally new Viognier from MCM Wine Company that explores two exciting grapes from Dineen Vineyard in Zillah, Washington. The wine began with 5 days of skin contact and was fermented naturally in seasoned French oak barrels, then kept on the lees with regular early stirring. ML is complete and adds depth and complexity.

89% Viognier (Dineen Vineyard)
11% Rousanne (Dineen Vineyard)

Barrels: This wine was aged for 16 months in seasoned French oak from Tonnellerie Doreau and Nadalie.

2016 MCM Wine Co. Marveluxe Chardonnay – Yakima Valley $25

We present to you a totally new Chardonnay from MCM Wine Company that explores two exciting vineyards from Zillah, Washington. The grapes were raised by viticulturist Patrick Rawn who manages both Morrison and Copeland Vineyards. The vines from Morrison are 30+ years old and producing light crop loads packed with richness while Copeland Vineyard shows similar fruit on 15-year-old vines. The wine was naturally fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels and Flextank HD and kept on the lees with regular early stirring. ML is complete and adds to the depth.

50% Chardonnay (Copeland Vineyard)
50% Chardonnay (Morrison Vineyard)

Barrels:  This wine was aged for 8 months in 25% new French oak from Tonnellerie Doreau, 25% seasoned French oak from Seguin Moreau and Canton Cooperage, and 50% Flextank HD.
