All of our wines are crafted to be aged for many years, the number of which we will only know with time. Please stock up so you can regularly sample the wines and not miss any intermediate combinations of subtle aromas that may be short lived or transitions to more complex flavor components. We like to say that we appreciate all phases of wine flavor profiles, but that we only release the wine when the symphony is ready to play! 2007 VINTAGE RELEASES

2007 Syrah : Columbia Valley$30/750 ml bottle Two big Syrahs come together to form the major components of this wine. They are followed by generous helpings of Mourvèdre and Grenache that add complexity and depth from both ends of the flavor spectrum. The Mourvèdre contributes depth of color, tannin, and white pepper, while the Grenache is light red and fruity. Together they complement this Southern Rhône blend and round out the finish. This wine has ample structure that will make it enjoyable for many years to come. 84% Syrah (51% Stillwater Creek Vineyard, Bottled on 6/27/09; 270 cases were produced.
