All of our wines are crafted to be aged for many years, the number of which we will only know with time. Please stock up so you can regularly sample the wines and not miss any intermediate combinations of subtle aromas that may be short lived or transitions to more complex flavor components. We like to say that we appreciate all phases of wine flavor profiles, but that we only release the wine when the symphony is ready to play! 2007 VINTAGE RELEASES

2004 Syrah : Washington StateALL SOLD OUT (sorry!) $28/750 ml bottle Three big Syrahs come together to form the major components of this wine. They are followed by two big and bold Cabernets that give this wine a structure that will make it enjoyable for many years to come. At bottling we are so very glad these Syrah growers have nurtured these grapes to perfection. A formidable Rhône character of earth and nuts gives way to berries and chocolate over time. 78% Syrah (34% Stillwater Creek, 22% Smasne Farms, 22% Stone Tree) 22% Cabernet Sauvignon (11% Conner Lee, 11% Stone Tree) Bottled on 6/24/06. This wine was aged for 21 months in 44% new oak barrels (22% new French oak by Seguin Moreaux, 22% new American oak by Vicard). 225 cases were produced. |
